As you can imagine, making our own house blend was a labour of love, part blindfold taste test, part Dexter’s Laboratory! Some of us wanted a little more sharpness to pick them up, some a longer finish. What about in a filter? Can it cut through a cappuccino foam? AND we knew it had to be great value and 100% organic and sustainable. Phew! We think we did it (finally). We love this through our Slayer machines, but just as great as a filter or stove top cup. Great in everything from pick-me-up shot to all day drinker, if you have a bag of this to hand, you’re never short a great cup of coffee.
