We’re sharing the love about great coffee, one bean at a time
Founder Paul Taylor had a bean in his bonnet having spent a career creating effective processes for large-scale food production. A confessed coffee nut, it was at first an interest, then a dream and finally, to be honest, a bit of an obsession to create something a bit different in the coffee world.
Starting out as the Hocombe Coffee Company and from Paul’s garage, he quickly found he was onto something by scouring the globe for suppliers that were as focussed on sustainability and quality as he was.
“Using the best equipment from suppliers who share my passion for great engineering, innovation and design is really important to me. It allows us the use the latest roasting techniques in the most efficient way, creating delicious tasting coffee.”
Now rebranded as iShould Ohco, there’s now a bigger team, a new roasting centre (that’s not a garage!), more diverse beans being imported and more blends and roasts on offer. Still though, based on the idea of small-batch roasted perfection
ohco, conquering the world of coffee, one cup at a time.
